  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Coating and Toppings
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar for coating
  • 1/4 cup melted butter for dipping

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
  2. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  3. Dip pancakes in melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.

Notes
