  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Main ingredients
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Skewers wooden or metal Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grilling
