  • 2 cutlets chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation
  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked penne pasta in the sauce and combine well.
  6. Serve the pasta topped with the sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh parmesan cheese. Don't overcook the chicken; it should be juicy and tender. Add vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
