- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- In another skillet, cook the ribeye steak until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine the steak with the sautéed peppers and onions.
- Place the mixture into halved hoagie rolls.
- Top with provolone cheese and place under a broiler until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For storage, if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
