Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in salsa verde for at least 10 minutes.
Grilling
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- During the last minute of grilling, top each piece of chicken with pepper jack cheese and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

- Serve hot with additional salsa verde on the side.
Notes
