  • 1 cup salsa verde Zesty flavor
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken in salsa verde for at least 10 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  2. During the last minute of grilling, top each piece of chicken with pepper jack cheese and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with additional salsa verde on the side.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the grill to retain flavor and juiciness. For more flavor, let the chicken marinate in salsa verde for a few hours or overnight.
