Method
Make the Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the oat flour and baking powder together.
- In another bowl, combine applesauce, peanut butter, egg, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, let it cool completely.
Make the Frosting
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Spread the frosting on top of the cooled cake.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. You can also freeze pieces for several weeks. Ensure to use natural peanut butter without added sugars or xylitol, as it is toxic to dogs.
