- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, dry ranch seasoning, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and green onions.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on a bed of spinach or lettuce, if desired.
Notes
To store leftover pasta salad, place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to three days. Add more ranch dressing if it becomes dry after storage.
