  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 piece egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the patties until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Notes

These patties are best served hot. Serve with a side of dipping sauce like tartar sauce, fresh salad, or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
