- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
Notes
These patties are best served hot. Serve with a side of dipping sauce like tartar sauce, fresh salad, or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
